Who can do this: YOU! And your friends! You can register to raise money for the radiothon as an individual, or create a team from your business, church, sorority, fraternity, civic club, scout troop or neighborhood.

What do we do? Collect and raise money for the Niswonger Children’s Hospital Radiothon before the event. Present the money you collect and be recognized on air at the live broadcast Tuesday, March 5, in the Niswonger Children's Hospital lobby.
How to have fun:
  • Get your team together and come up with your own project to raise money for the radiothon. Click here for project ideas!
  • Challenge another team in a race to see who can collect the most money by March 5.
  • Update your progress regularly on the website and see how your team is doing and faring against others.
  • JOIN the live broadcast on Tuesday, March 5, as a team and celebrate your success as you present your donation on air!

BE A CHALLENGE LEADER!

As Challenge Leader, you will coordinate your team's efforts, update your progress on the website and encourage the team to issue challenges to other teams. For example, if you want to have a school team, you could challenge all the other schools' or a rival school--- or a similar club at other schools--to form a team and see who can raise the most money before the radiothon begins on March 3. It'll be fun to check the website on the days before to see who's ahead!

Chick-fil-A

November/December: A percentage of every catering tray sold at seven regional stores from Nov. 7 through Dec. 31, 2012, will be donated to Niswonger Children’s Hospital.

Walgreens

January: Walgreens will ask customers to donate an extra dollar during this month. Donors will receive a Scrubs sticker.

Roadrunner Markets

February: A percentage of every cup of coffee sold this month in 82 regional stores will be designated for Children’s Hospital.

Food City Kids Club

February 17 through March 2: Food City Kids’ Club will donate a percentage of select Food City items purchased in February 17-March 2 to the Niswonger Children’s Hospital Radiothon.

Ruby Tuesday

March: Ruby Tuesday will donate 20% of all sales* from seven locations on March 3, 4 and 5, 2013, as part of their Give Back Program. *Customers must bring in the Give Back flyer.

Holston Valley Broadcasting Corporation

March 3, 4 and 5, 2013: All stations will broadcast the radiothon Live from the Niswonger Children’s Hospital lobby.
